Al Yasmeen Building Material Trading LLC

I had a very bad experience with Al Yasmeen Building Materials. Reading the reviews, I felt they were good people to deal with, but I was wrong! I needed a paint for my house and showed them a photo on my phone. They shared with me the catalogue and I pointed out a color that seemed close, but their person insisted on a darker shade saying this was the suitable one and there is always some difference between the photo and the color. Trusting their judgment, I asked him to prepare the color he had selected. When we got it, we found that the color was nothing like what we wanted. On asking them to take back this color and give me in the earlier shade, they refused, pinning the blame on me and saying they don't take returns. I asked them to change the mix, but they refused and told me that they haven't sold this color in 5 years and cannot resell it to anyone. I have never dealt with such unreasonable people, who can't even distinguish between colors and are unwilling to help a customer. Eventually, I was left with no choice but to leave the paint at their store and leave. It was a sheer waste of time and money for me, and left me with a very bitter taste! All I will say is that businesses which prioritize money over customers don't last long!

Awesome shop with lot of materials. You don't have to go other shop for material purchases,all electrical and plumbing items is available there... The main happy thing is they have full of well experienced staffs🥰🥰🥰
