I placed an order online, and after four days, I received an email notifying me of a refund because the item was “out of stock.” To make matters worse, they said the refund would take 10 days to process. Even more frustrating, the same item is still being advertised on their website as available! This feels like a deliberate tactic to hold customers’ money for up to two weeks with no real justification. I strongly advise others to avoid this trap and shop elsewhere.
Don’t order from them as they are deliver the product and customer service buying time without solving problems. Very bad services
Male Call center staff shouted at me today when i called the call center number to inquire about my refund issue.
One of the worst online experience ever. I had to call this company to check my order status after 4 days of ordering online. The answer was that the shoes I ordered is not in stock. They did not even had the courtesy of informing the customer proactively on this instead I had to call them and understand what's going on. I do not recommend them to anybody. Huge disappointment.
Terrible service. Customer service team very rude and not willing to help. The only answer: we will raise a complaint and get back to you in 48 hours.
