I have been using this shop for 4 years now. Everything was great. I buy engine oil and other car parts. Last time I changed my oil from Al Zayan, it had strange color and odor. I have suspicions it must have been fake or expired, or something else. I urge the Management of Al Zayan to check the quality of Motul oils they source to avoid buying potentially inferior products. Just urging for caution and care when sourcing from third parties other than the official manufacturer.

I recently purchased spare parts for my Benz, and I must say, I am impressed with both the quality and the service. Be careful; they change prices for no reason. They gave us one price, but when I reached here to their shop and met their staff ( Leju ), He raised the price simply because I'm a woman, claiming it was the new price for the item. He even instructed the others not to give me the original price and smiled at me while doing it. Because of this,they lost me as a customer, and I’ll make sure to tell my friends not to shop here either.

I go to there shop to ask the availability of a Spare Parts what I’m looking for then since that day Sunday till now I lost or misplaced the gift given by my wife my “eyeglasses” so lost focus on my spare parts then I’m trying to contact each and every shop I gone to then this is the only shop that asking question about the price, details and my eyeglass is not good, it’s bad, no authority to ask again, well is thank you but no thanks.
