They took an advance payment and then disappeared. They also lost part of a tent that we had stored in their facility. Hamza, their manager, does not answer calls unless you contact him from a different number. Once he realizes who’s calling, he simply hangs up. We are now pursuing the matter through the courts.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. As a client of Al Zayed Tents, we initially trusted them with a shade installation project , which was completed. However, we’ve been facing issues since then and have been trying to reach them multiple times via calls and emails — unfortunately, with no proper response. Despite speaking to Mr. Zayed directly and even sending him pictures of the problem, we received no follow-up. He promised to call back within an hour during our last conversation — it’s now been over two weeks without a single reply. As a paying customer, this lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. We expected better professionalism and support from a company of this size.

For Employees: Don’t be fooled by any promises of a good career or timely payment. They have no intention of paying salaries properly or on time. While they might show good intentions at first, it’s clear that paying employees is the last thing on their minds. 2. For Clients: Their prices may seem attractive initially, designed to make their offers look convenient. However, their main goal is simply to extract an advance payment from you. After that, service quality and communication drastically deteriorate. It's hard not to feel like you've been swindled. 3. Employee Turnover: They bring in new employees every 2-3 months, offering minimal training to make it seem like they are constantly renewing their team. It’s all a façade to trick clients into thinking they are working with fresh, skilled workers, but it’s nothing more than sarcasm. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. There are far more reliable companies out there.

I expect immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand an explanation for the delay, along with a clear timeline for the completion of the installation.
