Alexandra Dhow Cruise Dubai Marina

The directions provided after booking were very helpful and the tour started promptly. The buffet dinner was good and I think the servers did a great job, they were very attentive. My complaint would be that people were out of their seats crowded in between tables and throughout the isle of the boat. It made dinner service very uncomfortable. People repeatedly bumped into my chair, stepped on my toes and set their dirty dishes down on my table. When I complained to staff, I was told they asked everyone to sit down but that they weren't listening and that people will crowd around to take pictures. I understand taking a photo and returning to your seat but these people were camped out throughout the entire time, even during the dinner show. I asked to be reseated only to have two men tell me that I was at their table. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I ultimately came downstairs and sat in an empty seat. I never even got a chance to finished my dinner. I would recommend this if you're looking for more of a party boat but not for a dinner cruise. As a travel agent, I will not be booking or recommending clients here.

We attended Alexandra Dhow Cruise dinner on 16.01.2025 during our visit to Dubai, and overall, it was a memorable evening with some highs and lows. The views are absolutely stunning during the whole cruise journey in Marina area. The cruise takes you along the Dubai Marina, offering breathtaking vistas of the skyline, towering skyscrapers, and the luxury yachts that line the water. It's an incredibly picturesque setting while the whole Dubai twinkle with lights. The atmosphere was relaxed, we have to wear jackets as temperature was around 12 degree centigrade. The view of Dubai Ain LED lights was mind blowing. The staff was friendly and attentive, started with the juices and cold drinks. Sadly dates coffee was missing as was mentioned in the menu. The boat was well-maintained, and the traditional dhow design added a charming, cultural touch to the experience. The food was fresh, and there were not many options for the vegetarians. The best part was the birthday of my son on that day, the cruise staff arranged a lovely cake for this occasion and they all came together for cake cutting. After dinner there was a musical show/performance by which they also involves the guests on the deck. Overall this was a must add place during the Dubai visit. One suggestion that you book slot for upper deck to get best views around.

Had an amazing experience on the Alexandra Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina! The dhow was impressive — spacious and beautifully designed, and the view while cruising by Blue Waters at sunset was just breathtaking. The food was really good too, and the waiters made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. They kept things running smoothly while we enjoyed the sights. Truly a memorable experience, and I’d definitely come back with my group. Not a single regret, highly recommend it!

Rakin was an excellent host, the entertainment was brilliant and interactive. The music and food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.
