Absolutely horrible unprofessional customer service. Their canvases were great, but after a couple of purchases, they started to ignore messages, didn’t care when my delivery was a week late, did not even bother to apologize - instead they kept reading my messages and stopped responding. Never seen such unprofessional behavior when it’s not even slightly provoked. I don’t suggest anyone to buy from them more than once - they will never care to keep you around as a repeat buyer and no value.
