All three instructors and the receptionist were not only highly professional but also friendly and welcoming. After just five sessions, my husband's daily headaches became a thing of the past. Maxine became our regular instructor, and the positive impact on our health has been truly astonishing. After six weeks of participating in twice-weekly sessions, my husband's chiropractor discharged him as a patient due to the substantial improvements in his neck and shoulders tightness. Maxine's approach not only targets problem areas but also integrates exercises tailored to our passion for cycling. Her guidance and wealth of knowledge have proved invaluable to us. We've noticed that even mundane daily activities have become more manageable as we've adopted better posture and muscle relaxation techniques. The personalised attention during our private classes has been precisely what we needed, leaving us genuinely motivated after each session. Pilates has undeniably transformed our lives, and we can't express our gratitude enough to Maxine and the entire team at Align Pilates.

I’m visiting from the USA on holiday and frequently attend Pilates classes in NYC. This was one of the best classes I’ve been to. Marnie was excellent in ensuring I was positioned correctly and pushing myself to make the most of the hour. The equipment was state of the art and very clean. If you’re visiting Dubai for a trip and fancy a workout I would highly recommend this place.

Align Pilates feels like my 2nd home in Dubai. It’s a very charming studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This studio is equipped with various Pilates equipment and props which makes Pilates more fun and interesting. I have been practicing Pilates (chair, reformer, tower, mat) in this studio since March - the instructors, specifically Jaspreet and Tori, are passionate and competent professionals. They are responsive to the needs of clients and incredibly patient in teaching Pilates routines. Aside from that, what I also love about this studio is that their packages and rates are reasonably priced! I highly recommend Align Pilates for your Pilates practice!

It’s been a truly awesome Pilates journey since last August.Jaspreet is a professionally competent and motivating instructor who understands her clients’ challenges and gradually ups the game through utmost dedication, guidance and encouragement. My wife, Simran and I have been very keen learners and are enthusiastic about the new skill we are acquiring. Multiple sessions every week at Align Pilates have helped shape us not only physically but also emotionally. In all honesty, at the age of 58, I haven’t felt stronger in the past three decades!!! We look forward to our training with Jaspreet and come out energized and rejuvenated after every session. Our best wishes to Jaspreet and Align Pilates for success going forward.
