for the first year we didn't get any update on our documents and process after reaching you out we get to know that the representative through which we enrolled "Naina" left the office and they wasn't aware about our process going on with the firm. After contacting abhi ram sunil he didn't got any information for months after that. I complained to Dubai Court about it and it was closed saying that we are not withdrawing it because of your improfessional behavior through out the process and mentioned something else. Now for months i was talking to the MD Mr. Ajay for withdrawing my process and refund my 8400aed paid in both process by same payment method and i didn't got any reply from them for months. I told them i am leaving dubai and as it has taken soo long and i don't want to continue from here anymore and want to withdraw it now and get refund. I've explained everything on our first meeting to ajay sir that if it must have been taken care of at the very first time we would have continue but it's been 3 yrs now and almost after 1 year of enrolling due to no updates when i complained to Dubai court. Then our file came to notice only. I have left dubai already and no work has been done on our process then refund the money. And Specifically Mr.Ajay he acts like that nothing exists like this no response at all.

They are absolute frauds. I paid around 2 lakh rupees for a work visa for my wife and cousin. At the time, I was dealing with two individuals—both Malayalees—Mr. Jamshedpur and Ms. Anjalina. After taking the full payment in cash, they kept asking for an additional 45 days for the permit. It has now been over 60 days. During this period, they stopped responding to our calls. After multiple attempts, I finally got a response, but it was from a new staff member. They have now changed all the staff involved, and I have neither received the permit nor any proper update till now. Please don’t waste your money—this agency is a complete scam. I’m preparing to take legal action against them.
