The front team is completely disorganized, constantly saying they will set an appointment but never following up. I’ve been waiting for a proper response for days, yet they still can’t provide an accurate timing or any real commitment. Every time I call, I get the same excuses—“we’ll get back to you,” “we’re scheduling it soon,” or “you can call the technical person in charge” but nothing ever happens. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you’re looking for a professional and reliable service, this is not the company. Avoid them if you don’t want endless delays and empty promises!
