Alpha Vet Clinic Dubai

I would like to express my deepest regrets for trusting this vet clinic with the care of our precious and beloved cat Princess Pambe (Cotton Ball) last month. At just 18 months of age, her life was unfortunately cut short after visiting Alpha Vet Clinic Dubai for a routine Spaying procedure. Our playful and loving cat was dead within an hour of dropping her off to the Alpha Vet Clinic for her procedure. The anaesthetic agent mixture apparently put her to eternal sleep within 10 minutes of induction. As one would expect, the degree of shock and grief has been tremendous for us to handle. In my opinion, and after having spoken to the professionals involved, I feel as though the standard of care exhibited both to our beloved pet, and to ourselves, the grieving owners, was quite simply unsatisfactory. I felt as though on our instance this vet clinic fell short on professional standards: Including social accountability, professionalism, and quite possibly in their clinical conduct. Our hearts are broken, but here are some photos attached in loving memory of our beloved cat Princess Pambe who is no longer here with us. N.B: I speak solely of our own experience personal experience with the Alpha Vet Clinic. I would advise pet owners to do their due diligence and research when choosing an appropriate vet clinic in Dubai to look after their precious pets.

I took my pomeranian baby girl for a grooming session and he came back gorgeous. The groomer was so good that I recomand using him as a personal hair stylist also. Definetly taking Toffy back there again.

The doctors at Alpha Vet Clinic are highly professional and passionate about their work. The reception staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The clinic is well-maintained, with clean and organized facilities. My cat underwent one successful surgery, and the care provided was exceptional. The grooming facility was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed watching how they treated our cat from the waiting area—it was an amazing experience. I’ve been taking my dog (golden retriever) here from grooming since November and have always had a great experience. They’re very attentive and follow the instructions as well and take care very good. My dog is scared of the hair dryer so they’re always careful and make it an easy experience for him. Have been happy with the service, great staff as well, very welcoming & friendly! Thank you guys!
