I have been experiencing continuous issues with my recent purchase of a 2024 Zeekr 001 from your company earlier this year. When I received the car, it was slightly damaged, and I was assured that this would be resolved. However, there has been no progress on this matter, despite my repeated follow-ups. Moreover, I was promised that the master account would be transferred to my name. Yet, six months have passed, and I am still waiting for this to be completed. I have chased up several times with the salesperson who sold me the car, and when they do respond, they simply say it will be done, but nothing ever happens. I am quite disappointed with the level of service I have received, both from the salesperson and the after-sales service team. This experience has been far from satisfactory, and as a result, I will not be giving your company any more of my business.
