Amadeus Dubai Night Club

I had the pleasure of visiting Amadeus recently, and I must say, it’s an experience worth every moment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable night. The customer service was absolutely top-notch, and it’s clear that the team at Amadeus truly cares about providing an exceptional experience for their guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and taken care of. The bouncers maintained a perfect balance of authority and approachability, keeping things smooth without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to the Manager and Supervisor, who were constantly circulating to make sure everything was running seamlessly. But the real standout was the Captain, Mr. Kaleem. His level of professionalism, genuine care, and personal attention to detail made the night so much more special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he does—he’s the epitome of excellent service. Amadeus truly excels in creating a vibrant, yet safe and comfortable environment, and it’s all thanks to the outstanding team they’ve built. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional night out!

I am a hotel guest who has been coming to you regularly for a month. Emilia, the girl at the reception, let me in without a ticket, I spent at least 600 dirhams. But this time she was not there and the manager in the blue suit began to force me to pay for the entrance, he spoke very rudely. If you do not want to pay, leave. Why should I pay for the entrance if I live in this hotel? I did not want to argue and paid for the entrance, but what I saw later shocked me! When I went inside, I watched as this Pakistani in a blue suit grabbed a plump Arab waiter by the hand, clearly hurting her, she tried to break free, he yelled at her in front of all the visitors. She cried loudly. She was shaking all over. I wanted to hit this man. How can you treat the girls like that. This is not the first time I also saw him yell at the waiter guy Kalim. I remember him because he served me. I hope the owner of this club sees this message. I demand that such an employee be fired. He is absolutely unprofessional and aggressive towards the people around him. He was not embarrassed by the visitors who were watching all this. Some of the visitors were also screaming and climbing onto the stage to dance. They were not even kicked out of the establishment. Apparently, they are shaking for each client. But it is disgusting to watch how very drunk people who look like animals scream and climb onto the stage. Where was the security?? Why didn't they take these people out? I understand that almost no one comes to you, but if you don't kick out drunk people, then you won't have any clients at all. Because no one will want to come to you. If you have a mess. Every time I was there, you always had very few visitors. Have you ever thought about why? You need to hire adequate professional people and kind people who are pleasant to look at. I like Manager Hadi. He always comes up and asks how you are doing? Where am I from? And do I like it here or not? The girl at the entrance, Emilia, is a very sweet...

I would like to thank the Club for the high-quality service. Everything was fabulous. I want to thank to Ms Natali, Mr Waseem, Mr Kaleem & the staff for the warm hospitality and for creating a good atmosphere. We will be back for sure.

Went with a local friend of mine who wanted to show me the 'sights'! Being a weeknight, we were the only patrons. Had a couple of cocktails which were passable and made an exit. There were some Caucasian dancers on the floor who were probably more bored than us!

Had a very good experience at this bar. The highlight was definitely Captain Kaleem's service - he's a true gentleman who went above and beyond. His attentiveness and professionalism made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting, especially when Caption Kaleem is working!
