Amber Clinics, Al Rigga

Amber clinic al rigga can be so frustrating to visit.Too much wait time especially at the pharmacy please they should do better. Waiting for more than 1 hour just to get medicine. Howevever, there's a nurse i will really like to appreciate, I think her name was Shrijana (am not too sure) unlike the other ladies at the nurse's station, Shrijan was very patient and assisted me even when the other's gave an attitude. I must say if everyone at Amber Clinic were to be like her, it will be a much better place. She chose the right profession very patient and caring ❤.

Ms. Celyn was very helpful, warm, and polite throughout my interaction with her. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and tried her best to fix my appointment based on my availability. Staff like her truly make a difference - professional, kind, and efficient. She is definitely an asset worth keeping!

All staff are friendly and very helpful from the front desk nurses and doctors. i dont have to go somewhere far when there is an Amber Clinic very close to my residence.Its a clinic that very convenient to visit with plus the doctors were all in Smiles serving. To Doctor Taruna and Doctor Saballo Montilla i thank you for today ... 😊 🙏 ♥️

Dr John Gregg Ramos is super approachable and very nice. My waiting for this consultation is worth it when a nice doctor is there to assist you.

I just got home from this clinic, and having heavy bad feelings about my experience. The receptionist was very helpful except the nurses was there in v1, specially the one who make my sick leave letter. Actually i was there since 1pm and by the time i was taking the sick leave letter this nurse(man) in v1 called me, then he ask about on the screen my name and he ask me about the company name. Then he said we can only give 2 days thats what he only said, and i ask if i can have 3 days he said u should ask the doctor i said ok let me talk to her. Then the lady nurse check on the room of the doctor then she came back in v1 she said the doctor was not there. Then this man nurse ask me again if i should proceed the 2 days and i said ok. Then the sick leave was release when i check it was 2 days and dated today and tomorrow. Like hello it was already pass 7. Then it seems only 1day and take note it was my off today. Then i complain about the date then this nurses on v1 insisting me that they told me the date how many times. Like hey if u told me that it will be dated today and tomorrow i wont proceed it. I pay for 73 dirham and its useless. Then i came back to reception and they told me they cannot do anything. The option is i will come back tomorrow and pay again to have another date of sickleave. The second option is certificate from the doctor that i need to come back after tomorrow. Then i say how can i come back if the sickleave is only tomorrow? And the company wont accept it they will just say come after work. So the process of sick leave letter was totally useless. So i had no choice to get the certificate hoping that the company will accept it but for sure they will not. Then i come again to this nurses in v1 for this certificate. And i waited again. And to the very last moment when he(man nurse in v1) held me the certificate he still give me words of lying.
