🚫 I strongly advise against dealing with this company! I booked a trip for my son and his friends to Phuket Island through this agency, expecting a smooth and organized experience — but it turned out to be a complete disaster. • No transportation as promised • The suite we booked was changed without any prior notice • Poor communication and lack of professionalism This level of negligence is unacceptable. I will be taking serious legal action against this company. Terrible service — not even worth one star. Avoid at all costs!
