Disgusting is the word i would use to describe this company! The worst property management company i had to deal with. Renting a house from them was a huge mistake. They have made so mang mistakes from beginning: - ejari was wrong - house wasnt ready on time, we had to wait with boxes outside for them to do siper fats cleaning which was horrible - tiles in the house were broken and they never fixed it - they didnt provide gate remote for compound and its been 9months im still fighting for it. AC is another issue in the house, which kept breaking throughout summer and still stops working every day!! They fix one room, next day another room stops working. It happened several times during the night that i had to wake up my children in the middle of the night and move them to another room. We suffered whole summer and still fighting about it too. They do not respond to emails until sent several times, they do not care about clients needs and just keep moving your issue from one department to another. Overall, no words would describe how much me and my family suffered living in a house we rented from them for past 9months.
