This branch is a disaster. The WORST Amer branch in the UAE—period. •The receptionists are completely untrained and have no clue what they’re doing. •The counter staff just pass customers around, wasting time with zero results. •I waited 1.5 hours with only 10 people ahead—and left with NOTHING. This isn’t just bad service “just this time”, it’s my third time experiencing this; it’s blatant incompetence. Whoever is responsible for running this branch should be fired immediately. If management cares at all, they need to clean house. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been dealing with this center for a while and there is a person there called khalifa sulaiman ali He is a very respectful and friendly person who loves helping people and he does his work very quickly. This is a special thanks to him and then to the place in general🫶

I had the opportunity to speak with Heba over the phone today, and I must say she is a true example of excellent customer service. She patiently explained the entire procedure, guided me in locating the required documents in my email, and consistently emphasized that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Thanks to her support, I was able to successfully complete the task I reached out for. On the other hand, I was unable to receive the necessary assistance from the service center that was actually responsible for handling the issue.
