We went to handle our Golden Visa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Salama Hassan Albloushi. From the very beginning, she showed outstanding professionalism, deep knowledge of the entire process, and a genuinely warm and welcoming attitude. We felt fully supported and confident every step of the way. The facility is well-organized, fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, and has a spacious parking area, making everything much more convenient. From the reception to our departure, we found all the information we needed to complete this important process safely and smoothly. Highly recommended!

I recently visited this Amer Center for visa processing, but unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. Due to incomplete document uploads by the staff, my application was delayed, requiring multiple visits to complete a process that should have been straightforward. Clear communication and thorough checking of required documents during the first visit would have saved significant time and effort. I hope the center improves its internal processes and staff training to ensure smoother and more efficient service in the future.
