I’m honestly amazed by how smooth and efficient Amer processes for their services. Everything was so well-organized and fast, it felt like there’s a team of brilliant minds behind it. I’d love to meet the people who built this system! On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even introduced me to benefits that actually matched my needs. Truly one of the best government service experiences I’ve ever had. Well done!

I had an excellent experience with Amer Center JBR while applying for my Golden Visa. The team was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was applying for, and guided me clearly on the required documents. Even when something was missing, they explained what I needed in a very straightforward way — no confusion at all. Special thanks to the two ladies who assisted me — they even followed up with me personally when I was missing some documents, which I was later able to submit without needing to go back in person. That flexibility was a big relief! The only small downside is that they charge a bit extra for credit card payments, so I recommend carrying cash if you want to avoid that fee. Overall, top-notch service — efficient, responsive, and respectful. Highly recommended!

I recently had to issue a new entry permit and complete the status change, and the experience was absolutely outstanding! Ayesha explained the entire process to me in detail and even went above and beyond her responsibilities to guide me through every step. She did all of this with such kindness and a genuinely positive attitude. I’m truly grateful for her support and genuinely happy and impressed with the service I received!

Very slow to respond and sometimes they send incomplete information. If you ask them for one information they will send a whole file. I used golden cube for my golden visa. It wa very good and fast I am struggling for them to finish my dependant visa. Overall I am not happy with the staff training and service. They need one line which people use to respond to and they should stay pro active. I dealt with a lady Ms Ayesha but they all are slow to respond even on the regular line. She is knowledgeable about everything but. The government services are so good and fast in Dubai, that Government makes up for inefficiency for the private sector. Such a contrast to the rest of the world.
