I had a cosmetic procedure here recently and my overall experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the process was disorganized. Admission took far too long, and before surgery I was placed in a room with old hospital beds that looked poorly maintained — far from what you’d expect from a private hospital. After the surgery, I was moved to a small, windowless room that was not clean. The bed sheets were dirty, and I had to specifically request they be changed. There was no proper chair for guests, and when I asked for an extra bed for my companion (even though there were unused beds outside), they insisted on charging extra — despite the fact that this was already a private, self-paid procedure. The service felt careless and unprofessional, and follow-up care was minimal. The hospital seemed unorganized at every step. For the amount paid, the level of cleanliness, comfort, and patient care was completely unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and deeply dissatisfied.

I think from the moment I had my consultation- up until now the services had been great … Doctor and you always had cleared all my questions. On surgery day the hospital staff and everyone treated me very well. Post surgery attention was good 😊 Now that I’ve been post -op , you continue to check on me. Which I appreciate.
