I had a very disappointing experience with this office of American Express. The employees I interacted with appeared to be poorly trained and lacked the necessary knowledge to assist effectively. Their communication skills were subpar, and they seemed unwilling or unable to genuinely help me. It felt like they were not ready or willing to provide any meaningful support, which made the entire process frustrating and unsatisfactory. I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism by AMEX, and unfortunately, this experience fell significantly short of that. I hope American Express takes these issues seriously and works to improve their staff's training and customer service skills.

The most terrible credit card company; the employees are unprofessional and show little concern for the clients or monitoring the application process. I waited 20 days after their request for documents, receiving no response or explanation. In the end, they asked me to deposit 15k AED if I wanted to get a credit card, even though I provided all documents and have eligibility for the credit card.

After reading these reviews I went with apprehension to pay my Amex bill with a fairly large sum of cash. Finding parking in that area is a problem, but once in, the Amex payment counter is easily found on the Ground floor. Service was excellent and I was done paying my bill in minutes. Thanks to Kristal, a pretty lady, with a great service attitude.

agreed negative customer service and i wasted 1 hour to provide the authorization, proof of fund, eid and yet she still did not accept the payment. she should mention from the beginning that she cannot accept the payment so that no need all those she asked and dont pay. so i did waste time.grrrrrr.

By far the worst service I ever experienced. As a longterm Amex customer with a large spending history I tried to apply for the Amex centurion. My support representative was Ajay Kumar. Never in my life I experienced such rude and disrespectful service, months of ghosting, promising the world and never delivering anything. I’m running after him for close to a year now and he didn’t do anything yet.
