This was my first time needing to visit a vet for my dog, Brian, since relocating from the UK to Dubai a few months ago. As any pet owner knows, it’s always stressful when your pet is unwell and requires treatment, and even more so when you're in a new country. However, my experience at Amity was exceptional in every way. I felt completely reassured and confident in the care provided by their team at every step. The team quickly arranged an appointment for me that same morning, which was a relief. The collection and drop-off service was incredibly efficient and convenient, especially since I don't have a car yet. I can’t thank the team enough for their outstanding care and attention. I’m so grateful to have found Amity through an online search that morning, and I will definitely be making them my go-to clinic for Brian’s care from now on. Thank you, Amity Team!

Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend We contacted this clinic in a life-threatening emergency for a cat had been trapped overnight in a fire-damaged building, inhaling smoke for hours. He was in serious distress, and we were terrified and seeking urgent help. And Amity was the only close and open clinic we found. Instead of receiving compassion or proper care, we were met with cold, inhumane treatment by Dr. SAM, who was extremely rude and dismissive. There was zero sense of urgency or empathy, even as we pleaded for help. To make things worse, they charged us 630 AED—yet provided NO medicine, NO oxygen, and NO actual treatment for the suffering cat (only Consultation and taxi ) . We left feeling completely helpless, angry, and heartbroken. This clinic is clearly more concerned about profit than pet welfare. The pricing was outrageous, the attitude was unacceptable, and the lack of care was inexcusable. If you love your pets, go somewhere else.

Amazing experience with my dog Bobby at Amity Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Usama is a true professional - clear, honest, and straightforward when it comes to treatment and care. My Samoyed buddy was in great hands. Also loving their new Pet care app - super convenient for online booking requests and checking my pet's profile anytime. It's transparent, easy to use, and makes the whole process smoother. Highly recommend Amity to all pet parents who treat their pets like family 🙌.

I want to extend my deep and sincere gratitude to all your staff for looking after my precious pumpkin over the years, but yesterday, my experience with you was for a feral cat who lives in my garden: Heather! You were all very kind and accommodating with her stress; the receptionist and all the nurses, but I can't thank Dr. Usama enough for his kindness and patience in dealing with Heather, given how stressed she was.
