Had such a fun time at Zumba with Coach Amal! The energy was amazing and the playlist had all kinds of music to keep things exciting!

I really enjoy coming to this place every Tuesday for the Zumba classes and I also got encouraged to enroll on dance to exercise lessons. Each time, I keep learning new steps and leaving the place more energetic! Thanks to such dedicated dance coach Amal and instructor Diana!

Amz Studio is a fantastic and best fitness centre in Dubai . The Fitness Center is a health, recreational, and social facility geared towards exercise, sports, dance ,Yoga and other physical activities.All the trainers Amal , Vidhu and Suma are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give us tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Amal ( Owner ) is professional yet kind, patient and understanding and goes an extra mile to meet our pupil's demand and requirements . I've been going for a while now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. *A Big Shout out to Amal*!!!!!
