Third grade app. Even after putting pre approved deliveries and visits the security guards keeps calling. My gate is a much better app.
Third class IT team, very unprofessional. Seems like they are first timer in this business. They don't respond to your query, it's been 10 days they didn't configure payment gateway.
I don't want to give one star as well. Since I have give this comment. I clicked on one star. It's been two weeks I have raised the request for move out. The owner has confirmed on email. But my move out request is been rejected. When I call the customer care they say it is not rejected it under process. No supervisor is calling back let me take the name of Rupali as per department she is in customer care never answer. Very poor management. They don't have importance for time. Wavez by Danube livan
