Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Amazing hotel with fantastic restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean and we don’t have one complaint! We have been before and will be back again and cannot recommend this hotel any higher. Shiva and Carlos in the bushman restaurant alongside Tisha gave the most amazing welcome and service and them alone would continue us to visit again and again. The half board was fantastic value for money and the bushman choice of food and quality was unmatched it was made to feel like our second home we ate here almost every night. Also the staff at the pool bar were fantastic and amazing service was given by all but a huge mention to Sajad who was friendly and nothing was too much to ask.

The staff was courteous, attentive, and quick to address any requests, making me feel truly welcomed. The property offered convenient on-site parking, which was a huge plus. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent, ensuring the room was spotless throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was professional and guest-focused, with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Dining at Crescendo Restaurant was a delightful experience, thanks to Mr. Kim’s exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of the menu made our evening seamless and enjoyable. Mr. Kim recommended dishes that perfectly suited our tastes, and his timing throughout the meal was impeccable. He checked in just enough without being intrusive and made sure every need was met. His genuine hospitality added a personal touch that truly elevated our dining experience. We highly recommend asking for Mr. Kim when you visit Crescendo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara hotel with both family and friends. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and complimentary treats for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do for everyone—whether relaxing by the beautiful pool, enjoying the spa, or indulging in the delicious food at the hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and catered to all tastes, including great options for the kids. We also loved how family-friendly the hotel was, while still providing a peaceful and elegant atmosphere for adults to unwind. It struck the perfect balance for a mixed group like ours. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends seeking comfort, luxury, and outstanding service.

We stayed for two nights as a family and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel rooms were average, but the resort area was much better and offered a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping and general service were very good , special thanks to “Si Thu’ for being kind and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options to choose from. A big thanks to Meena and Mohamed for being so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend the resort for a peaceful getaway.
