Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Professionalism I had high expectations when I ordered a dress from Anatomi, providing them with my exact measurements and even traveling to Dubai for the initial fitting. To my surprise, the dress was significantly loose, not matching the measurements I had given. Despite expressing my concerns, I was reassured that it would be fixed before shipment. However, when I received the dress, it was still too loose and did not fit properly—a repeat of the exact issue I flagged during my visit. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism in their service. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest time, money, and effort, only to receive a product that still doesn’t meet basic expectations. The sales team’s handling of the situation was equally disappointing. Their promises to resolve the issue fell flat, showing a clear lack of communication and follow-through. For a brand that markets itself as luxurious and high-end, the experience was anything but. I genuinely hope Anatomi improves their service and quality control because this kind of experience is unacceptable, especially at this price point.
