BAD EXPERIENCE……..Stay away from these people if you are a beginner. I visited their store two weeks back to purchase the fishing rod, reel and accessories they charged me AED 762 for items that you can see in pictures attached here which you can find in much cheaper price anywhere in UAE (found out later from different shops and online sites). The rod price they told me 260 but today I noticed in their website it is 170. The smart move is they gave me bill of 762 in which 662 they mentioned as price of items I bought and AED 100 as membership fee which they never told me till paid the bill. The reason for my bad experience is I was asked to pay more price than the actual market price of each item and the extra money collected from me showed separately in the bill as membership fee AED 100 which I was not aware at all till I paid the amount and got the bill. When I questioned this the salesperson told me if you don’t pay the membership fee you don’t get any discount in the final bill so still I have to pay AED 762 not 662. He convinced me that I got the best price in the market and by paying 762 I can enjoy the membership benefits as well. As a beginner in this field I have not much idea about the prices of the items so I trust him and left the shop but later I understood that same items are available in much cheaper prices in UAE market. So as a customer what I understood i was billed for more price than the actual market price of all item I purchased and the extra money that you have collected from me put separately as a membership fee in the bill (without my consent) so that no one question you on your selling prices in future. Hope the issue is clear for you now. Awaiting for your response to move forward with further actions. (I don’t wish to mention the sales person name in public ).
