The person who helped is called Vignesh. He was super quick at getting quotes over, very detailed when answering my questions and just a very very nice guy. This is what customer service should be like. I run a company and when I have customer service people like this we try to promote them as soon as possible. They should be an inspiration to the other people around them. As soon as I needed more insurance he put me across to the health insurance team and again was asking about my health as he knew I had been sick recently. It’s the small details that matter. I will be always contacting them again about any insurance.

The worst service! Have been using their services for 3 years trusting that they are giving best offer but no They just want your money! Lissy Ch. Just renewed my motor insurance and when i asked to make same as last year, she said yes but now when i have to claim it is not the same as i asked for previous year! They dont give you any information and just say yes to all your questions but then it turns out that your policy is completely different. Do not trust them or use their services!

Seamless support, it is always great to interact with them on my insurance renewals and anything related to my car insurance. Edwin has always been very proactive and very helpful for all my needs. Recently needed an orange card to travel to Oman and it took a few hours for Edwin to turn around my request.

In general company is ok but Rohan Kumar is extraordinary. Before him, I interacted with several people and all were average, not responsive etc. As I was about to cancel my relationship with the company, Rohan changed my mind. Such a great professional. Thank you Rohan for the great service.
