Be aware and never pay in advance for this agency, it has been more than a month now and I did not receive the agreed items. Even I had to accept a Logo that is not up to the standards and guidelines provided because of the huge delay they caused me and I am still chasing them for even complete the work that they supposed to do. Very bad experience that I hope no one face it.. Also, they are using fake WhatsApp USA Number without any availability to direct phone number to proper Followup. All the communication is by emails that they take days to reply without any satisfactory results that. They mentioned unlimited revisions while I am chasing them until now (almost a month) to complete the work that I already paid for 300 USD. It is really my fault that I paid upfront. I regret it and still chasing them until now to complete the work that they supposed to deliver two weeks ago…
