Firstly I would like to congratulate you on the opening of Anita Dongre in Dubai so proud to see Indian designers raising their profile and promoting skills passed down for generations . In terms of the service received from the store Sarah, Heena, and Mukarram were absolutely outstanding in every way, and Anita May I say you couldn’t ask for better representation of your brand we have been blown away with their care and attention . My young daughter 21 visited the store alone, which can be overwhelming when choosing outfits alone however the staff we SO supportive , non judgemental, knowledgeable NOT PUSHY or dismissive as sadly so often happens across designer brands In Delhi and Mumbai hence her hesitation… they were both open and encouraging of her trying on countless outfits So she could determine what suited her and presented her with age related jewellery that actually suited her age and frame rather than hard selling. In the end she ordered the same outfit from Bibi London only on the back of the excellent service in Dubai . HOWEVER upon her return she wanted to purchase the shoes and Jewellery. We contacted the store directly and from that moment The OUTSTANDING attention to detail, from Sarah, Heena and Mukkarum the wapp messaging, vidoes to confirm sizing , Phone calls to reassure us that payment was being processed with the utmost security was second to none. In future I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering in person or via video call/wapp as the service as mentioned was exceptional. I have every confidence in the brand and it’s quality and it this was totally reinforced by the exceptional service received they should be recognised in their part in the success of the store and brand overall.
