Anwar El Madinah for Hajj & Umrah

My experience with Anwar El Madinah for Hajj 2025 was extremely disappointing . Despite the high cost of the package and the numerous promises made during the booking process, the services actually delivered were severely lacking, and at times, completely non-existent. One of the most distressing and shocking incidents occurred upon our arrival at Arafat. We, a group of 57 pilgrims, were stunned to discover that no accommodation had been allocated for us in the Arafat camps. This occurred despite repeated assurances from the company that all arrangements had been made in line with standard Hajj protocol. To make matters worse, we were not issued the official camp wristbands, which are normally distributed to all registered pilgrims to grant access to their designated tents. After the buses dropped us off and left, we found ourselves stranded in the streets with no shelter, guidance, or support. The representatives of Anwar El Madinah were completely unreachable, and all phone calls to their supervisors went unanswered. As a result, we were left in a state of panic, confusion, and emotional distress in the middle of one of the most important rituals of Hajj. Due to the severity of the situation, we were forced to contact the Saudi Police, who opened an official report. We also contact the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and submitted an official complaint. Following our complaints, we are grateful that the Ministry responded quickly and sent a representative from Seera Holding, who attempted to help resolve the issue by contacting other Hajj operators to find any available space for us. Eventually, after over eight hours of walking in extreme heat , we were reluctantly hosted by a Seera-affiliated camp in Arafat and later in Mina. However, this was not coordinated by Anwar El Madinah, and it felt as though we were begging for shelter. From the Day of Arafat until the end of our Hajj journey and return to the UAE, there was absolutely no communication from Anwar El Madinah...
