I worked with Barbi, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. During the four days my car was in the workshop, Barbi kept me updated regularly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We even decided to mix Matte and Gloss finishes for a more unique look, which turned out amazing! Overall, I’m really happy with the results and the service. Lewis was absolutely amazing I highly recommend him. Knew everything about the car and his service and replying to me with any questions was always immediate. Stayed with me after hours to educate me on all the little gadgets in the car when I picked it up as well. Not many like him in this industry so make sure you ask for Lewis if you go to approved which I also highly recommend. The car was in perfect condition and they also took care of all the PPF and custom paintwork. Everything was done immaculately.
