Roland was extraordinarily helpful and did not once get annoyed at my million phone calls and questions. The team at Aqeed (Roland and Tanisha in particular) helped me see my insurance all the way from first getting a quote all the way to getting my car registered at The RTA. Blown away by customer experience, highly recommend.

Highly recommended. First of all, the reply is fast. They have options that you can choose for your benefit. I would like to thank especially Loraine for the assistance and she exceeded my expectation. I'm just happy she contacted me and help me through the process. I think I made the right choice and follow one of my friend's recommendation to go with Aqeed.

Great customer service! Insurance isn't always the easiest or pain free thing to do in Dubai but Aqeed completely blew my expectations out of the water! Keeping me updated throughout the process and finding me the perfect insurance for my budget. I highly recommend Aqeed.

The only thing I am not happy with, is the way of insurance policy is constructed. it is very difficult to understand. The premium price is divided into two parts and there are a lot of disclaimers that makes me worried of what exactly is my rights. Aqeed is very good service and very fast. I renew my car in one and half day. Aqeed agent Anousha is very supportive.
