I am so incredibly disappointed with this company and service. After a great experience having the unit installed last year, they missed the first service date so I then had to follow up. Since installing the new filters 3 weeks ago, the water has been consistently cloudy and undrinkable. I have had to call MULTIPLE times to get technicians to come and check it. I have been ignored MULTIPLE times by customer service on the WhatsApp number. I still don’t have drinkable water and keep being told a technician will come and take the unit for them to check and he still hasn’t. After paying a small fortune for this unit, I honestly expected much better customer service than this. I am still waiting for a technician and still drinking bottled water 3 weeks later despite paying for this unit. I would advise dealing with another company that upholds their customer service agreement.

Qamar and team did a great job with our whole house filtration system and our under sink reverse osmosis. We are very happy with the product and the quality of the water. I would highly recommend them.
