Price was a bit high (compared to other locations) but almost same with other shops in Karama. Neat and clean place also fishes which I bought was healthy. Staff there was helpful to guide me what to do and what not to.

Rip off shop, I drove 40 minutes for a product and he’s telling me website price is different than shop price. How? On website microbacter7 250 ml is 89 here he’s telling me 100 then he’s telling me 95 then he’s telling me 93dhs. How is a shop diff than the website? I’m so confused. Be very careful with this shop, I’ve been to many aquarium places never in my life have I been ripped off with the dumb statement of “website is diff than shop”???? That’s crazy lol. I’m telling him this your logo yes he’s like yes I’m like how website price is different than shop? He’s saying different different shop, I’m asking again this website is for you he’s saying yes. If anyone understand let me know. It’s like going to supermarket and getting a bag of chips for 20dhs and online is 10dhs. Same shop not discounted no offer, that’s rip off. If the website had discount I would understand but no discount only ripping off and scamming people

I like their prompt service. I wanted a UVA/UVB light for my turtle enclosure. Since it was night i couldn't go to karama and get it. Mr. Sultan made it sure that i get it the same day. He came for the delivery that made my turtle happy and i was relieved. Its been a week and no complaints with the light till now. I will surely visit the shop to explore.

This place was very neat and clean, with ample supplies and fish available. Its overpriced compared to all other aquarium shops I have visited, I mean AED 35 for a fish net is beyond expensive. Mini Blue Shrimp is AED 10 compared to AED 3 in other shops. The worst of all was that I was the only customer inside the shop and neither staff inside were willing to help me! This for me is the worst. Pet owners need help from reputable people in such pet shops and when we cannot get useful information then rather go somewhere else. I have visited so many of these ornamental fish supply stores, and this one is not worth it. I left feeling very frustrated. Pros: good location, fully stocked. Cons: higher prices, unhelpful staff.

Good place for freshwater fishes. Specially for beginners. They teach you how to keep fish as hobby. I got my first aquarium from them
