One of the worst yacht experience in Dubai Marina. I have taken other yacht services also but this one is the worst. No professional ethics at all. There is no service quality at all. The guys tried to take undue money from me. I will explain the incident which has happened to me: I took their services along with my friends and our families accompanying us. I paid in cash the full amount at the starting of our yacht tour. The tour was OK, the guy hurried through all the places/ spots and having attitude as if he is doing us a favor. When the tour ended , one of the guys from agency came to us and told us that we gave torn currency notes of AED 1000 (this is part of total payment). We have paid at starting of tour and he starting troubling is when the tour ended. We told him that we gave proper currency notes and there was no torn currency notes. He called 1-2 guys from his agency and told us that we cannot leave the place unless we pay new currency notes of AED 1000. Ultimately we have to call the police as we were with our families and having kids also. Police was very helpful and gave them proper treatment, told them that they should have checked when the currency was given to them. Thanks to Dubai police and shame on Aquarius yacht for trying to trouble people. I won't suggest anyone to take their service. There are many other yacht services in Dubai Marina. Go for any other except Aquarius yacht. Note: Those idiots didn't know that it's very easy to go to bank and get your currency notes exchanged from Banks in Dubai. Police told them to go to bank and change currency free of any charge.
