Arab Bank - Dubai Head Office

I went to Arab Bank yesterday. There were a lot of road staff. They were not working at all, they were just sitting and eating. They were not talking to the customers at all. There were a lot of lights on in the room, so I asked them to turn off just one light. They said, "No loud noise here, okay, that's not the problem." The real problem was that I went a week ago, so they said, "Email us, we will reply to you in a day." They didn't reply for a week. Then I went to the bank myself. Then they said, "Email has blocked us." They were actually making excuses, they didn't have to work.

Don’t visit, they will give you the run around and waste your time and not open account, they first asked me to email them documents, and they will get back in 48 hours which I did, then no updates for a week, tried calling there phone isn’t working, visited again and they were like we didn’t receive your email it must have been blocked by our email servers, usually when it’s blocked or rejected from email server you receive an email informing you of that, then I took the bankers numbers and WhatsApp her the documents, and as I’m writing this they said we can’t open your bank account based on your nationality, so they are discriminating based on where your from, and I’m not from a sanctioned country list

I recently applied for a loan with Arab Bank, and I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided by Sourav. One of the worst banks branches outside Jordan you have an excellent branches in Jordan but I don't know how come most of your branches in Dubai no deposit service in the ATM MACHINES !!!!!

The customer service is horrible. I have been visiting the head office for more than 6 years now, but there's absolutely no improvement.
