One of the worst Services abyone can recieve, they will quote for you the materials saying that it is ex stock. Once order released they will say it is not available. Once payment is done they will promise you shipping to your yard. Wait, the shipping will take nearly 5 to 10 days. And you are then lucky if the people are helpful. They will charge you 1,500SAR for shipping but when the driver comes he will tell you to pay 2,000. And when asked why, he will tell ARAB SUPPLIERS TOLD TO TAKE FROM You. Even though the po is ddp and the rate is supposed to include all this. They dont show the curtosey to understand the documents. Nor do they show the courtosey of answering your calls. I will never do another business with them.
I visited this company to meet an official. I did not know the location of the company. However I was able to use Google apps and contact with the company to locate them easily and finish my business. Great experience in meeting the relevant officer without wasting time.
I highly recommend Arab Suppliers Co. I had a great experience buying Werner ladder here. Plus, they had what I needed in stock and allowed me to inspect the ladder before I loaded it onto the vehicle.
Really poor customer service. Unorganised, laid back and carefree employees who do not respect customers time.
You will not get any parking near to shop.
