I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the hygiene and cleanliness standards experienced during my recent stay.Though Ambiance was appealing. Electric Kettle: The electric kettle provided for tea making was in an unacceptable hygiene condition, rendering it unusable. The washroom floor, particularly in the corners and grouting, had turned yellow which was unappealing, and there were noticeable leftover long hairs on the floor. Additionally, the steel bin in the washroom was rusted, and the mouth wash tumblers on the washroom vanity counter were provided without coasters,raising a notable hygiene concern. This was particularly concerning and did not align with the hygiene standards I anticipated. Not a good Experience as Far Hygiene & Cleaniness is concerned. I hope that management will look into these hygiene & cleaning concerns.

Very nice staff. Clean hotel with beautiful Egyptian vibes and decor. Good buffet breakfast and plenty of meal options on site and locally. Sister made use of the massage and said it was good. Not far from metro. Made use of shuttle to beach. Can’t fault anything here. Had to pay an city tax on arrival which I didn’t expect as travel agent should have covered all fees but all good as this is a country requirement.

Good hotel. Even the basic room is very big. Quiet air conditioner, good medium-soft mattress. The nearest subway station is 5 minutes walk. It's right at the old town where there are 3 excellent restaurants next to each other.

Extremely Poor Hospitality and Maintenance – Arabian Courtyard Hotel, June 2025 I stayed at Arabian Courtyard Hotel with my family from 16th June 2025 during our holiday, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, there was no warm welcome or proper hospitality. We were given a dark, dusty room with poor housekeeping and a generally unclean environment. The maintenance was terrible—there were broken items, rusty fittings, and the bathtub was in very poor condition, clearly not maintained for a long time. We requested a room change and even offered to pay for an upgrade, but the front desk staff—especially a short-heighted lady—was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted as though she was doing us a favor, which was very disheartening for paying guests. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, especially in a reputed property like this. Courtyard should consider giving proper hospitality training to such staff. During the room change, we accidentally left our iPhone charger in the previous room. We informed the same staff member, but she showed no concern or willingness to help us retrieve it, even after we checked out. It felt like she just didn’t care. At one point, we asked for a dinner plate for our child, and the staff told us there would be a 10 AED charge for it. We were shocked by this and chose not to take the plate. After two days of discomfort, a manager (a gentleman wearing glasses) helped us change our room. He was polite, respectful, and professional—exactly what we expected from the start. He was the only positive part of our stay. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it 1 star—and only because of the helpful manager. Based on poor service, bad maintenance, and unprofessional staff behavior, this hotel fell far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

Worst experience ever of breakfast they provide. No more choice in breakfast, repeatative menue, no live counter, even fruit juice is flavoured only…no fresh juices, taste is also not so favourable….even kids r not eating anything due to thier taste & variety of food. only hotel location is gud…near to meena bazar market. Rooms r gud. We hv booked. 4 rooms for 6 nights. Totally not satisfied. I wl never come again here to stay.
