Arabian Gate

The Arabian gate is a very nice and clean building some people are giving negative comments and complaining about kids noise and security and parking. They are talking about parking charges but they don't want to say that there are some hours and free parking also available. talking about kids noise in this family building so they have kids of course if kids pass the corridor they will make noise. They are always not making noise so sometimes we have to compromise with them . Who living with family will never complain about kids noise. About security they follow only management rules so if you are nice with them they will be nice to you otherwise they don't have business with you. If you have not made a mistake, they will never come to you and disturb you . Stop putting negative comments. If you blame someone you have to know also your right . Thank you 👍

Very nice residential building in the heart of DSO. The building is clean and fresh inside out, fitted with contemporary design of reception lobbies. There are 2 small parks for kids on 1st floor. Swimming pool, Sauna and separate gyms for ladies and gents are available on top floor Reception is being guarded 24/7 by security guards and CCTV monitoring on all floors and in elevators. Building has security in place to allow entry access to only residents with dedicated access cards. Visitors need to register with security guard before entering the building. It has 3 levels of basement parking for residents. For visitors up-to 2 hours free parking available on ground floor. There are many shops available on the ground floor including big Al Maya Supermarket.

Neat and clean place. 2 blocks available. More than 12 floors. It's in dubai silicon oasis area. Near KFC available. Desco typing centre near round about take diversion first building is arabian gates. Visitor parking available. Different coloring buildings in this area. 3 or 4 bus routes going in this area. Next time time also will visit

Cheap building but it does have supermarket, and pharmacy ect, and it's close to a park and has a play ground in it
