Very bad Chauffeur service The Chauffeur Driver Behavior is very Rude With customers. Car number is Q 88397 the guy is Very Rude he don’t know How to treat to Customers

We have been working with Arabian Oryx Travel and Tourism for over 10 years, and throughout this time, they have consistently delivered exceptional service without a single failure in quality or pricing. In Abu Dhabi. Not serious at all. The driver came to pick us at the airport that was ok. But then for the activities they did not show up the first day in the morning. And they said we where upgraded for the afternoon. But we were supposed to have ticked to le Louvre and they did not gave us. Saying it was our agent in paris that was supposed to give us. So we had to buy the tickets. And the last day the driver did not came to pick up us for the airport.! We had to take a taxi. They said they picked up a guest with our same name! How ridiculous !!! Avoid this agency they are not serious

A disaster ! They give us no informations about our transportation and the driver didn't show up at the airport !!! Somes days later, we had a excurtion in Dubai from Abu Dhabi, the driver has arrived 30 minutes late and was a pretty bad driver. Not to mention that he never opened us the car door even we has a senior with us. So, really not recommanded.

Mr. Anar is very professional driver he is handling the guest very well.
