Arabian Park Dubai, an Edge by Rotana Hotel

We spent our vacation at Arabian Park Dubai from August 13 to 21, and it was a truly wonderful experience. My daughter and I arrived very late at night (around 3 a.m.) after a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by Ali at the reception. Despite the late hour, he greeted us with genuine kindness, offered us a refreshing drink, and immediately ensured we had a comfortable room without delay. During our entire stay, Ali consistently went the extra mile to make us feel at home. He patiently advised us on the best tourist attractions to visit and recommended excellent restaurants, all of which turned out to be perfect choices. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Ali, for your outstanding service and for making our trip so memorable. Arabian Park Dubai is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member, and we will certainly return!

We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, and the cleaning is always top-notch. The staff is very polite and helpful, and they are always ready to assist. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the property is well-maintained, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with nearby shops and attractions. A lovely hotel, very welcoming. Excellent service by waiters and waitresses and all other staff. They treat you like VIP, my drinks kept coming to me. Free shuttle to local attractions and the rooms were kept clean everyday. Food really nice both veg and non vegetarian options. Not so expensive to stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 14 days and we were absolutely delighted! Everything was perfectly clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Roshan, who was very supportive when my partner got sick – he kindly offered that I could take food up to the room so we didn’t have to go to the restaurant. Such kindness and personal care are truly rare. A big thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay – we would love to come back!

Nice place! The staff was really friendly and professional. Always greeting you with a smile and willing to help. On our first day, during breakfast, we got assisted for drinks and anything else from a lovely staff with the name, Omar. Highly recommend this hotel!
