You don't even deserve 1 star for sure...Your Buses no AC especially Satwa-Dubai Hills..drivers don't even show any sign of concern. I wonder even how you got RTA clearance for public Transport. Expensive for nothing. Next time we gonna raise the Complaints to RTA if this continues. We are in Summer season please take care of your Clients. We are your Bosses'

The city walk Arabian express always late to pick up especially in box park 1 We are paying 300 AED a month but it’s not worth it. And the guy who’s taking the payment some girls he take only 250 but for some other people he took 300 This Arabian owner really need to take actions about this . The service is minus 0 . They don’t even deserve 1 star.

This company dont even deserve to have a 1 star. Specially the drivers and managers for their JLT passengers. Bus are dirty. Drivers are rude. They keep changing bus and forcing you to get in a bus that is already over crowded and if you decline they will give you an attitude! How unprofessional of these idiots! We are paying a monthky service and we deserve a decent service! Takes a long time to get you home because of their incompetency in managing their jobs!

The person who receives the money in nakheel mall is so Rude. He always tells us to get other carlifts and leave Arabian, he tells us we are so poor we should buy our own cars, he calls some ladies his girlfriend( bothering them because they are not interested).he tells people Arabian has more than 5000 passengers so we are useless. I have been using Arabian for the last 7years i have been in dubai but when i got transferred to nakheel mall it became a disaster.... For the drivers they are good.
