Poor customer service.! No replies at all from customer service, wanted to introduce G Cell in our clinic, kept on following up the customer service to connect with sales team and no body answered, most disrespectful part that if you call customer service they will not answer the call instead they will leave a watsapp message that our sale team will get back to you.! It’s a great concern if they are doing with new clients like this how they will treat after the order is placed. Definitely not going to work with them.
