I'm expecting my bank card and yesterday your delivery staffreached late in the time slot of 9:00 to 18:00 . Today also its the same after yesterday's incident I booked the delivery time from 09:00 to 14:00 , but your staff calling me at 17:00 hrs. They are calling from landline number we can't call back coz its goes to robotic answer why your delivery staff can't call from their mobile if we miss the call.

Basically these is worst the customer service that I got literally messaging from 3:14 pm now it's 5:27 pm no one showed up so what kind of service u are doing aramex. I Just want to know what the time delivery person will pick up the package from me,so I can do other things in my life,not waiting for whole 1 day with fear I go outside and then driver shows up,these in not acceptable Aramex

Subject: Complaint Regarding Staff Behavior and Misleading Closing Time at BurJuman Aramex Center Dear Aramex Customer Service, I am writing to raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had this evening at your BurJuman branch. After completing my duty, I was near the BurJuman area for another work-related task and made a deliberate effort to visit the Aramex Center to drop off a package. Despite heavy traffic, I reached the location by 9:55 PM, as the closing time was listed as 10:00 PM on Google. However, upon arrival, I encountered a staff member who appeared to be finishing up for the day and taking out the garbage. I politely approached him and explained that I came specifically to drop off the package and had arrived before the listed closing time. Despite my repeated requests and explaining that I had come from Al Nahda, he refused to assist, stating that he had already closed the system. He suggested I go to other locations, including Sharjah, and was very rude in his tone and manner. I was especially shocked when he told me, “If you want, go and complain,” which I found completely unacceptable. As a woman arriving alone late in the evening after a long day of work, I felt disrespected and disappointed by this unprofessional behavior. I sincerely request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure no other customer is treated in this way. Additionally, if internal procedures require staff to stop accepting packages before 10:00 PM, I recommend updating the listed hours on Google to reflect a 9:50 PM customer cutoff.
