It supposed to work from 10-18:00 . It is 10:20 still no one is here . Perfect customer service

Rated 1 out of 5 stars Don’t know how to do 0 star! Don’t know how to do 0 star!? They basically hold your package until you chase it and go to their sorting center near airport to get it. They had my replacement card for 4 weeks and never bothered to call and say they have it. I had to find tracking through bank to see where is it. Everybody should have what’s app to be able to receive his package according to the guy in customer service. Well I don’t have what’s up and don’t want to have apps.

The worst money leecher. Shipment is with them for 2 months, you call and follow up multiple of times and they raise a complaint ! they then email you from vague sender under the name “support” which you would think is a spam a month later instead of calling and asking for MSDSs? When you don’t reply to the email for 3 days, their customer care calls you and says it’s your fault for not answer the email!! Please be aware, don’t pay the shipping fee until they deliver it becuase once they get your money they don’t care how long it take to deliver.
