I see so many people complaining about the call center, I am amazed they managed to even get through to one. Worst customer experience dealing with Bot and a whatsapp number not manned by a person. The way their lazy drivers give you a one ring missed call then cancel the delivery is beyond me. I have an idea why not just deliver the item?

if you have opportunity avoid Aramex, I strongly advice do it Call center people doesn't understand what they do, they always say we will assist, just to make ping pong and never helpful, the company is not capable update email, right address, right mobile. How do they work?!!!

A note: Take a look at the attached images, the truck is actually in a place where you don't expect it to be. Follow the navigation and park to the left, there are always free RTA parking slots there. The service was perfect, and the gentleman who is handing over packages was quite friendly, and he was working during a public holiday in the UAE.
