Staffs are not nice at all... late info and the worst thing they will not respond at your complain
Total lack of respect...you order, PAY for the goods and 35aed for the delivery, but they don't delivery...nor call you or send a message to inform what is happening or at least, try to solve and apologize. And when you cancel and ask for the refund, they ask you to wait from 7 to 10 working days...
