I arrived early in the morning to send some documents to an embassy here in dubai. The package was heavier and larger than usual so it wasn’t as straightforward as we hoped. However, the guys at the counter (Sadek and his supervisor Sayed) were very helpful and accommodating! They said they’ll take care of it and i can sit back and relax while they arrange everything. Overall it was a pleasant experience — Keep up the good work guys!
same day delivery don't work well it is not that efficient I will be receiving my document only after 4PM the next day! I paid express fees for nothing! honestly I am disappointed in their mismanagement and lived a stressful and bad experience!
