Art Movement Yoga

I’ve been attending classes at Art Movement Yoga for a while now, and it has truly been a transformative experience. I started aerial yoga as a complete beginner, and thanks to the amazing instructors and supportive atmosphere, I’ve progressed to the advanced level. Every class is well structured, fun, and challenging in the best way. The studio is beautiful and calming, and the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. This class is one of the highlights of my week and I always leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and mentally refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start or deepen their yoga journey!

Awesome yoga studio! I’ve been one of the happy students at this studio past 3 years! When I moved to Dubai, I was looking for a clean and neat studio in the neighborhood where I can happily continue yoga. The instructors here are knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated both to the classes and students. I love that they give us a hint to correct my poses so that I can keep progressing. For every pose, they give different options of intensities/difficulties hence I find anyone from beginners to advanced students can enjoy their classes. I see the change in my body and mind thanks to this studio!

Clean and comfortable. Good and calm ambience. Top notch cleanliness where all mats and equipment are sanitize after each session. Instructors are patient, attentive and professional. Not only do they guide us professionally, but they also ensure we learn something new in each session. It never gets boring. Highly recommended!

I come to know Art Movement Yoga when I discovered that my young son (9 years old) has scoliosis. Doctors mentioned there is no medical treatment at this stage because he is still young. The only thing doctors recommend is to go for physiotherapy and sports focusing to strengthen back muscles. Through one of the sport session, one coach recommended to have Air Yoga session and he provide contact details of Coach Anca, the owner and the manager of this place. When I approached her with my son, she assessed his situation and didn’t hesitate to start sessions immediately; providing 2 sessions per week in spite of her very busy schedule. My son started sessions in September 2024, and along with other sports, Air Yoga treatment gave support to his back and we came to see the results in April 2025 when we did second X Ray to compare. Scoliosis improved positive, angle was narrowed, spine showed little amendment which is big achievement without any medical intervention or surgery. During all this time, Coach Anca showed high skills and talents in managing my son case through providing proper exercises and made him love to attend & continue the classes. She is always committed to the classes timing and the yoga studio is neat, clean and equipped with all materials needed. Based on my experience, I am highly recommending Air Yoga treatment in general and Air.Movement.Yoga in specific for medical, meditation and sports purposes.

Recommended by a friend who been with this studio for years. Anca is really an experienced instructor. She knows how to guide a beginner like me in a very comfortable way. Studio at very good location with plenty parkings. There are different packages available. Very clean and nice studio as well.
