Extremely unprofessional team who have atrocious customer service and will blame the customer for any mistake they make. We ended up getting a refund 2/3 of the full order after being argued to many times even after we provided all the needed information. We requested 3 copies of our stickers and we only received one copy. After this initial mistake, the company decided to continue to argue against us, insisting that it was us who made the mistake in the order process. We were also constantly disrespected as they showed near to 0 commitment to our order, merely because of the fact we are in high school. We were on a deadline and they promised that it would be done before then. After we only received 1 copy and Art Smiley continued to argue and accuse us of only ordering one copy, We had to leave at 11pm the night before to get the copies of sticker due to their team’s unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to our order.

Honestly, I would give less than one star, but can't. After 2 weeks of discussions and approving designs and payment. We schedule the date and time for the installation, at 11:00 a week after the approval. I arrive on time, when i am informed that they will be late since they messed up the order. It is 14:42 at the time I am writing this review and they still haven't arrived, so I waited for more than 3 hours and 40 minutes. The work haven't even started. Find someone else, don't waste your time.

Absolutely irresponsible people , agreed on one timeframe , at the end it wasn’t ready on time . I told them not to do it cause I don’t want to work with irresponsible people and they still did and did badly ignoring all my comments about the piece. I lost a lot of time and on top of that they spoiled my sample. Don’t recommend this place . Oh and the price they gave me was 3 times higher the market price considering the bad quality printing they did . Not recommended !

When moving to Dubai we wanted to have a panoramic picture of Antwerp (our hometown) printed on aluminium. Our photographer searched and came to Art Smiley. The people at Art Smiley were very helpful and after merely one week, I received pictures of pre-prints. Together with the photographer in Antwerp, decisions were made on the quality etc. And 10 days after the request was made, the people from Art Smiley came to our house and hung the beautiful picture against the wall. Very happy with an amazing picture of high quality! Thank you very mich team Art Smiley! Kurt and Dianne
